24-hour Cancellation Policy

We are happy to cancel or reschedule your appointment with 24 hours advanced notice. After that time period, a cancellation fee of 50% of session cost will apply. We require a credit card on file when scheduling all appointments.

Our cancellation policy and fees are applied fairly and equally to all clients regardless of circumstances.

Here at Body Support Center we work closely with Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists and other health professionals to assess your pain and discomfort. Our intake form is used to assist in determining your source of discomfort as well as provide our therapists with the needed information to apply the appropriate bodywork.
